David brings a unique blend of high-performance soccer experience and modern executive leadership to Ajax SC. Formed in a First Division academy in South America, he competed professionally across the Second and Third Divisions, gaining a deep, lived understanding of player development, competitive environments, and what it takes to build winning cultures on and off the field, developing a deep, first-hand understanding of elite player development and high-performance environments.

Beyond his playing career, David has served in C-level leadership roles within technology organizations across Canada and the United States, leading large-scale transformations, modernizing operations, and aligning strategy with execution alongside senior leadership teams. His experience building resilient organizations, driving operational excellence and delivering at scale, by leading through change positions him as a strong catalyst for the reorganization and transformation  and the evolution of Ajax SC of the club operations.

Quincy James Jr. serves as Director of Partnerships on the Ajax Soccer Club board. A lifelong Ajax resident and former player in the club's youth program since childhood, he brings a deep-rooted passion for the organization's mission to develop soccer talent in Ajax.

As a dedicated coach at Ajax Soccer Club, Quincy has contributed to player development across many programs. His professional background includes over seven years in corporate sales across Canada, where he managed complex sales cycles and built key partnerships.

Quincy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in law and business. In his board role, he plans to leverage this expertise to secure sponsorships that support Ajax SC's growth as a premier club.

As a Board Director and Technical Director for Ajax Soccer Club, Timoteo Gunning brings an international soccer background and a strong foundation in leadership and development. He started as a player in the youth academy of Club Atlético Acassuso in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he played for nine years in a highly competitive environment. In 2017, he earned a scholarship to play collegiate soccer at Lindenwood University (NCAA Division II).

While at Lindenwood, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Coaching. Timoteo also has over four years of experience in Human Resources and administrative roles. He currently holds a Coordinator position at a law firm. 

As Technical Director, he applies structured player development models and supports coach education across the club. His combined experience allows him to align technical excellence with strong communication, organization, and a positive, growth-focused club culture.

Jose has been a soccer enthusiast since infancy. He brings 15+ years of experience in engineering and management in various industries. Jose has recently completed a Master's Degree in Management Sciences from the university of waterloo and plans to leverage his strengths in engineering and strategic planning to pursue long term goals with the Ajax Soccer Club.

Marcelo has been involved in soccer since early childhood and was developed within the youth system of San Lorenzo in Argentina, gaining a strong foundation in player development and football culture. He brings over 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer, along with business ownership experience, combining operational discipline, strategic thinking, and a passion for the game. As Director of Programs, Marcelo focuses on building structured, sustainable programs that support player growth, coaches, and the overall development of Ajax SC.
