Dear Ajax Soccer Club Community,

We are pleased to share an important update following the Club’s most recent Annual General Meeting, held on November 27, 2025.

At this meeting, members of the Ajax Soccer Club elected a new Board of Directors to lead the Club forward. We are proud to announce that David Cadenas Jimenez, Quincy James, and Timoteo Gunning were duly elected to serve as Directors, following a DRSA and member-driven election process.

During the Annual General Members Meeting, the newly elected Directors held an additional election during which David Cadenas Jimenez was unanimously voted by members to serve as President and Chairman of the Board.

In addition to Board and President appointments, the membership and the new Board voted to approve and implement new Club bylaws, which are now in effect. These bylaws are designed to enhance governance, strengthen operational clarity, and position Ajax Soccer Club for long-term stability and growth.

Lastly, in a subsequent Directors’ meeting, the Board also appointed Jose Sanchez and Marcelo Barone as additional members of the Board of Directors, further strengthening the leadership team and the breadth of experience guiding the Club.

The newly elected Board would like to thank the membership for their participation, trust, and continued support. We also acknowledge the leadership, dedication, and contributions of the former board to strengthening and expanding our youth programs, which have had a meaningful and lasting impact on our players, families, and the broader soccer community. Ajax SC is positioned for growth and success, and we are grateful for your efforts both on and off the field.

The new Board of Directors looks forward to working collaboratively with players, families, coaches, volunteers, and community partners as we continue to build a strong, inclusive, and competitive soccer environment for all.

We are continuously working with the different governance bodies to bring our programs back in 2026. Stay tuned!
